ALTA Return & Refund Policy

At ALTA, we are committed to elevating your daily grooming routine with high-performance, plant-based products. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Return Eligibility We accept returns on all unused, unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

  • Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any soaps, beard oils, or beard balms that have been opened or used.

  • Accessories, such as the ALTA Bar Saver, can be returned within 30 days as long as they are unused and undamaged.

Damaged or Defective Items Your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Email us within 7 days of receiving your order at shop@altabody.store.

  • Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item or package. We will expedite a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at shop@altabody.store with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
