During high-volume launch periods or holidays, processing may take an additional 48 hours. We appreciate your patience as we hand-pack each order.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options via USPS and UPS to ensure your products arrive safely.

Duties and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once a shipment reaches your country. ALTA is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via USPS. Please ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid any delivery delays.
Missing or Lost Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at shop@altabody.store. While ALTA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered, we will do our best to help you locate your shipment.
